Your personal fitness expert with over 10+ years experience in Yoga, Personal Training & Pilates. Guiding you to tune into your body through conscious physical activity and 1 to 1 mentoring.

Through my personal lived experience and expert knowledge of the mind-body connection, I will help you build both mental and physical stamina to elevate your quality of life.

I am here to support you in achieving your health and fitness goals, from doing those activities which once seemed too challenging, to things that were always desired but never thought achievable. Mindful Fitness & Mentoring

Through my personalised fitness and yoga programs, I will guide you to explore self-love and appreciation, as well as explore mind-body connection through movement and mindset mentoring.   My unique process will lead you to a healthier, more confident and stronger version of you both mentally and physically whilst giving you the tools to continue to appreciate your health and body for the rest of your life.

Balance within: Yoga and Somatic healing experience

The Details:

Join us for a 2-hour event led by two mindful movement practitioners, Rebecca and Petra. Begin your journey with a gentle practice of Somatic movements, which combines yoga and fluid movement to help you feel at ease and relaxed in your body. After that, experience a gentle session of yoga and pilates to bring balance and calm to your mind and body. Prepare for a grounding guided meditation, followed by a delicious homemade soup made from ingredients grown in our garden.

This event will leave you feeling completely refreshed and nourished, both physically and mentally.

This event will help you:

  • Feel more connected to your self & your body

  • Feel grounded, focused and calm

  • Help you to learn to “listen” to your body by exploring the internal experience rather than the focus on the external appearance
